We enjoy intellectual conversations blended with wisdom bombs dropped in by our intuition and we process together frequently.
It’s a fun game to check what we say or share with our intuitions. Instead of just word vomiting on each other, we do our best to take the time to tune in and have conversations from a space of intention and curiosity.
We ask each other questions like these:
Is that true?
Why?
What makes you think or believe that?
Is it still true for you?
We try not to judge each other and fully accept each other as we are and as we evolve and grow. Through this process, we often uncover deeper truths about subconscious beliefs and patterns one or both of us are holding that are no longer true.
Then we ask what action can be taken to shift or release it and support each other in taking the steps needed.
The more openly we share the better. The more questions we ask the better. The more we try to understand each other the better. And when one of us is nervous to speak or share (because of past experiences) we soften.
We both have a lot of fire in our charts {see below} and bring some intensity. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
So, we intentionally have to slow down and meet the other person with gentleness and empathy.
This helps create a safe container of exploration and encourages growth which both of us highly value. It also builds trust and fosters a deeper bond between us.
