THE ILLUMINATION METHOD: 1-1 AND GROUP SESSIONS

YOGA & LIVE MUSIC CLASSES
Unique yoga classes and group experiences that blend live and looped original music with guided awareness and integration. Held at The Yoga Plant in Chippewa Falls.

The Illumination Method is our signature process for insight, activation, and integration, blending Nick’s ability to illuminate what’s ready to shift with Lorelei’s embodiment-centered integration. Together, we support awareness that extends beyond the session and into everyday life.

Hello, we are Nick & Lorelei
We are partners in life and work, offering a grounded approach to spiritual growth through activation, integration, and embodied practice. When we're not working (aka doing what we love), you can find us making music, spending time in nature, or finding simple, meaningful ways to celebrate life together.
Nick is a musician, certified life coach, energy healer, astrologer, and sound healer, known for his lyrical genius, intuitive depth, and ability to catalyze awareness by illuminating what’s ready to shift and open new levels of insight.
Lorelei is a certified life coach, energy healer, yoga teacher, Thai Bodywork practitioner, and intuitive guide with over ten years of experience in group facilitation and the healing arts, known for her nurturing presence, soothing voice, and ability to translate mystical insight into embodied experience.

We are a passionate duo combining music, movement, and self inquiry to guide people toward deeper self-connection & spiritual growth. We made the decision to exit the traditional way of living to forge our own path and create a more fulfilling life that is deeply aligned with our intuitive gifts & purpose.
Performers & Mentors at Heart
Our relationship has been a catalyst for embracing these qualities within ourselves more fully and the dynamic between us has activated & amplified them. Our journey is about uplifting one another and helping each other rise, so that we can, in turn, help others rise. We have worn many hats throughout our lifetimes and are excited to display some of the more playful & creative aspects of ourselves while providing inspiration & direction to others on the path.

Having fun is a central theme in our life together, no matter what we are doing or where we are.
